Thank God its Monday

Thank God its Monday and we're back on track for the week ahead. 

If, like most people, you leave your weekends open for concerts, brunch, and mimosas on Sunday then this is a great day to get back on track and set some goals for the week. 
Here's the game plan for the week.

Monday - HIIT cardio. Back & Shoulders
Tuesday - Abs, Biceps/triceps
Wed - Legs with my buddy Yvonne
Thursday - HIIT Cardio Chest
Friday - total body workout
Saturday- 5 K color Run! 
Sunday - rest/ yoga
